WizMotions / IMW Enterprises low quality videos and poor delivery

Not a trustworthy company. What the promise they don't deliver.
The work they do is of poor quality. Doesn't seem like a reliable and professional company. Do not work with them, my company has worked with many other vendors and compared to WizMotions they were incredibly better. I just wanted to try another company and their advertising caught my attention. A big mistake!

WizMotions / IMW Enterprises very slow

Can't say anything positive about this company, I think they had to make everything perfect before starting their operations. They have a very cute and well-organized website, but the same thing can't be said about their customer service. They are understaffed, it's obvious, and most of the employees are not trained enough. They are not rude but are very slow. As a very busy person, I can't wait for that long, so I prefer to work with different services. So if you have much time, maybe you will like their slow service.

WizMotions / IMW Enterprises The worst services and the company is too slow

Don’t call them, don’t deal with them and run if you see the company www.wizmotions.com. My client and I have used the services of the company, but the rep told that the order would be ready within 3 weeks. The deadline was a long time ago, but the staff hasn’t finished the job. They were too unreliable, unprofessional and it was big mistake to pay them for such terrible services.

Usually our projects take longer than expected due to the amount of revisions we are asked to make. WizMotions / IMW Enterprises Problems with videos and ideas

I have problems with the projects, so I went to the website www.wizmotions.com. I paid rather high sum for their ideas and videos, but they provided only couple of ideas, but the videos contained some viruses maybe, because they worked with problems. The image disappeared all the time. I tried to solve these problems, but the rep listened to me and did nothing. Total scam, so don’t try this website.

Bill Zimmerman here, co-owner of wizmotions. This is so obviously fake it's quite funny. Paid a high sum and provided videos with a virus? That doesn't even make sense. Neither does the grammar used in this "review". Obviously fake. Please check other sources for reviews for my company. Thanks!

WizMotions / IMW Enterprises They overcharged me and still haven't provided any help

I went to the website www.wizmotions.com in order to watch some videos and decided to get something new. My Internet connection was slow, so I waited for too long and clicked several times. But the main problem is that they overcharged me for these videos. I already contacted them and explained the situation, so the rep promised to solve it, but he needed to speak with the manager. After that he disappeared and I still haven’t received any new from them. It was strange and not very professional.

WizMotions / IMW Enterprises Absolutely terrible process and quality

Their whole process where they assign you a project manager and then a designer is very inefficient, burdensome and slow. Lots of chef in the kitchen and everything gets lost in translation.
The quality of feedback on script editing was very poor - we felt we had to do all the work. On top of that after several weeks of iterations we finally got an initial storyboard from the designer. Very bad - felt like the designer rushed to do it and quality was overall very bad.
We ended up revamping completely the storyboard ourselves with our own designer and asked them to animate it.
They came back with an outrageous increase in cost, incredibly unjustified. Given the poor quality of the work they performed and that we ended up not using anything of their work, we decided to ask for a refund and part ways.
Their management team fought us back on it and wasn't receptive to any of the feedback we gave them to help improve.
Never seen such horrible customer support, closemindedness and cheapness. Will never use them again. Be careful and don't be intrigued by all the fluff in their marketing material and their "hand-picked" testimonials. You can get much cheaper, higher quality and faster by either using oDesk or eLance. Or by any other company.

My name is Bill Zimmerman, co-owner of wizMotions. I'd like to address each of these comments. Unfortunately when you have been in business for so long you are bound to run into someone who has unrealistic expectations and then twists the story. There are always two sides to every story. Here is our version :)

I'd like to address each comment:

Yes we have one person that runs the project, a copywriter that does the script, and an artist that does the art. I'm not sure how that is lots of chefs in the kitchen. We have a full team of people and each has their specialty. If you are looking for one-person service that does it all, that is not us. Each person has a specialty and that is how we have great customer service and make awesome videos.

Our script process is collaborative. We explain that from the very beginning. Secondly, we spent weeks working on the script with this client. This client changed direction multiple times which is fine, but when a final decision can't be made on a concept then this will delay the project. Obviously if the client changes direction many, many times it will feel like they are "doing all the work" themselves. We don't proclaim to be mind-readers and we try to agree with our clients on a concept from the very start. But if that concept is constantly changes due to indecision there isn't much we can do.

This client did this without even telling us they were doing it. We can't and don't work with other artist's files. We have our own process and system, and we have no idea what the process is for outside artists not on our team. The process we use to create these videos is complicated. There is actually MORE work to use another artists stuff to create the videos. Typically, those files still need to be completely redone. Again, this is why we do NOT work with outside artists files.

Please see my comment just above. This client thought it was unjustified because they don't understand the process to make these videos.

We didn't get much "feedback" with this client. We just got a message saying the art was not "good" although it was very consistent with all the videos in our portfolio. Then this client went out and got an outside artist without telling us and then expected us to just use them to create the video without additional cost. We spent weeks working on the script and artwork. In fact, we did multiple versions of the art and the initial comments we got from this client on the art were very positive. Then you suddenly this client went out and got a different artist. Just like the script, more indecision as this client didn't really know what they wanted.

I respectively disagree. Our process, team, and customer support is amazing and so is our work. We have thousands of clients that would say the same, including clients like the NFL, McDonald's, Kasperkey, and many, many more.

Calling them hand-picked is clearly untrue. After every project we ask our clients about their experience. And then we publish them on our website. Our clients are happy to leave a testimonial because they are thrilled with the product and experience. Then we publish it. Simple.

We welcome anyone to try another company and compare them to ours. Nobody matches our price, quality, and customer service. That is why my company is dominating this market.

WizMotions / IMW Enterprises They only took money for the job, which they didn't finish

I contacted the rep from the company www.wizmotions.com. I spoke with him and he promised to make the video for my company. After that I paid for his work in advance, but this scammer took money and didn’t finish the work. He told me to wait more and blah-blah. I heard empty promises and finally he stopped to communicate with me at all. Company is total scam, so don’t order from them and post comments about your experience.

Hi "Selo", what you're saying is NOT true and it is obvious you're somehow a competitor of wizMotions. To prove this, I challenge you to send publicly any screenshot of such communication you're referring as well as our Transaction ID ...and I'll publicly search our records for this ID to show to the world what you're saying is not true.

I also challenge you to have a call with us with screen sharing as a proof such transaction or communication in our systems doesn't exist.

I would suggest you invest your time growing your business instead of focusing on what your competitors are doing. That's how real entrepreneurs are running businesses. Good luck.
