Wish I am complaining about extra money for the clothes

Good afternoon! I'm Margaret Syvachenko from Kiev, Ukraine. I have several questions:
- Today I odered the man jacket, eyeliner cat (it was free) and silicon push up strapless backless.in total I had to pa 354 hryvnas, but from my card was taken 568. If that items not free, or jacket cost more, in sych case I want to cancel my order!
- Previous time I ordered dress and watch. The dress I've got today and I want to find out when I'll get the watch?

Wish ordering issue

I loved th site until I tried to purchase one item today 01-03-2018.
So after hitting buy it just kept going around and around and around and around and around and ground and around and around, and back into shopping cart, so I hope u get th picture and hv just waisted some of yr life reading that. So after trying every option to no avail, I thought u must suppose to swipe purchase cart then have th option to pick th item u want to purchase, but instead it put every item from my trolley to purchase. I don't want any of them. Then when I tried to contact u all th phone contact No; said they hv bn disconnected. I am ripping my hair out here, can someone plz contact me asap thank you. Wish bad service and externally unhelpful

I am extremely unhappy with the online shopping sites: Wish, Geek, Home.

I have spent a pretty penny ( looking at around R30 000 ) with these stores and have been understanding when it came to my orders not arriving at all.

I have had issues with the Delivery dates being changed to a later date to accommodate the above companies and I have tolerated it.

What has got me fuming is the fact that I have tried to explain to them that the bank account I was using is not valid and not one of the above companies are willing to assist me because of the new account.

This means that no matter what I do, should something not be delivered or I have a problem with a product I will loose my money.

Unfortunately I had to get a new bank account for personal reasons but the fact that these companies are not willing to meet me half way is distasteful to say the least.

I am currently waiting for 175 parcels from these 4 online stores and they made it clear that they cant help me should anything happen as all payments are refunded into the account originally used.

Not sure which part they misunderstood about the old account not being valid anymore ?

This has made me think twice about purchasing anything else on any one of these sites

Wish shipping charge

I would like to know if I could get a better shipping rate. I was charged $29 for shipping and that is extremely high. I hit the submit button without paying attention to that charge until it was too late. I hope you can give me a better price. My order ID is 5a964e30edcdf7f1980e8f21, I put the order through early this morning at 1:37 am. the shipping address is 383 E Broad St, Cols OH 43215

Wish your website

For the last three days, I am unable to access your site to view the products and place order. Everytime I go into I get a blank screen . I am a regular customer and now hitting a brick wall

Please assist

BTW, I agree with the comment of another customer - Why should we have to pay seperate shipping amount when you place order multiple products same time

Wish delivery

Why are all the items in my order being delivered separately? Wouldn't it make sense that it should be in one box? I have to pay shipping and handling fee on each and every product that I have to collect at the local post office. At the end of the day, I pay more for the product than what I would have spent getting it locally. Which also means that every time one product arrives at the destination I have to go and fetch it instead of a one-time ordeal.

Wish need to change name on shipping address

Need to change my name Christian Moore on my shipping address to Cynthia Delleu same address 1763 2nd. Wish service

Hi I am reaching out to find out why I can't proceed with an order if I've never ordered anything from the site nor on the app. They are asking for a bank statement with a purchase from you all on it but I've never purchased anything yet and I would like to make my first purchase because its some things i have put in my cart that i wanted to get but i cant because and they are very reasonable and i love some of the things I've seen on there I'm looking forward to hearing from you all.

I am having the same problem. I ordered stuff 3 days ago and the last 2 days I have spent giving them what they want so i can get my stuff ONLY for them to turn around and refund my money without explanation or reason.

Wish trying to get refunded on my packages

I placed 3 orders on wish the first delivery that came was not at all what it appeared to be as advertised. I requested a refund or a shipping return label. The other two orders were a mistake I requested a refund on all 3 items and I haven't heard anything it's been over a week now I tried to call customer service but I wasn't able to speak with anyone. I am not at all pleased with the way this has been handled. I always shop on wish but now this experience has definitely opened my eyes and I'm unsure if I will continue to be a customer on this app. I would appreciate it if someone would please contact me regarding these issues as soon as possible

Wish service and delivery

Good day

I am very unhappy with you guys and your service.

I have a big problem with orders and delivery, i have send numerous email to you and no one gets back to me.

I have paid a lot of money for stuff on wish, yet i do not receive it and no one can help me.

i have place a order (tracking number YT1725590005971420) in last year, was suppose to be delivered 8 Nov 2017 - i am still waiting and now one can track it for me.

Then i am also waiting on 11 more packages that was suppose to be delivered in last month and this month.

i need tracking numbers starting with alphabetical letters and 9 digit number in order to search for my parcels.

Hi, so as I was looking through this store for a specific phone case, I see some artwork that belongs to my friend and she has no idea they were selling her artwork on a phone case nor did she authorize the selling of her artwork on the phone case. Her artwork is proctected under copyright and she did not give permission to this person to sell her artwork. I wish for this store to be shut down or have her artwork taking down. Her name is Sasucchi95 and the artwork in question is the 707 phone case. You can see her watermark on the artwork.

Cease and Desist, Copyright infringement, copyright Lawyer, and Royalties from all sales, past and present, hope your friend buys herself a nice car, BTW, wish is supposed to have Resell certification/Authorization on file for entity selling Copyrighted Material, so, wish is just as culpable for allowing it to be sold illegally on their "Platform." I hope she wins, wish has irritated me to no end, I posted about it, and I am a Authorized reseller of Licensed goods, I have a letter of authorization, and Posted about wishes business attitude toward Legit Merchants on this Forum, Roman Hubbell, Bad Business partners, wish .com, Im rooting for you!.

Wish hats

I place two orders for some caps to wear on your head. I call my bank and they said that you have already debit my account. When checking on my items, I get no order placed, but you have my money. I would like you too look into this matter ASAP please, so that I do not have to depute this matter with my bank. I can not believe that your company would over look my order but you have taken my money.

Wish mk watch

I ordered this watch believing tht I'd received this order rightfully and safe but it says delivered which I never received and I even went to post office, asked all my neighbors. They ignore my request now and stop replying me. Why can't I just get refund when u guys tracked it and says it was theft. My name is Matrika Mishra. Wish charged but not delivered

I recently placed an order with Wish for the first (and last) time. It has been a few weeks and I had heard nothing so I went on the website to check the order status. It repeatedly says that I have not ordered anything. However, my credit card was charged on Feb. 8, 2018. When I call the contact number, it goes to a fax machine. When I try using customer support, the site leads to a dead end, telling me to "select an order related to your issue". That is not possible since Wish claims I have not made any orders. I am not willing to pay for something I never received and have no record of having ordered. Does anyone have a different contact number that actually leads to a live person?

Wish post office fees

Why in the world dont you post it on the ad that yiu have to pay r24 service charges for every small item you order...
Its not acceptable...
Pls cancel all my orders its definately not acceptable..in no place on wish you mention anything about any charges to pay on this side... Im really really very unhappy with your service... If you dont do something about this im going to post it to facebook ob the internet everywhere that rhis is how wish work and promise you if someone know how wish operate they will never order anything again

Wish smartphone

I purchased a smart phone from wish.com they said its been marked as delivered on 3rd of febuary but I havent recieved anything so far I checked with my local post office and my neigbors if they have received my parcel and both said no post office said they would leave me with a card if they leave an item with the postoffice or elsewhere and then I contacted wish customer service they said wait til 16th feb you should receive it by that date I told them I will wait and today is 21st feb the phone hasnt still come?

Wish bank order cancellation fees.

Hi

Everytime I cancel and order my bank takes off money for each order cancelled, I then have to pay the ttal amount to my bank, I want to know if wish refunds me for every order I cancel that my bank subtracts!

This is unaceptable the Bank should not be deducting money from my account everytime I cancel and order with WISH!It has accumulated to almost R300 (zar)

Wish never received my product and they kept my money

This started in may 2017 and ongoing although WISH have constantly closed the case.
DEAR SIRS...
I have been using this cheap but ok site for a good few years and never had to deal with a repeat message saying I was 30 days over the time limit that I hadn't complained to the where a bouts of the several pairs of Earrings I had purchased and paid via PayPal. Knowing Wish being up to six weeks and sometimes more waiting on a small product can be a bit of a jaunt but as cheap they are some items are worth the long jaunt waiting for spending a £1.00 sterling British pound! I was given a message asking me to wait for longer than usual and then still no delivery of my products they suggested to send a second lot of all the earrings I had previously ordered but no avail! And now they say I was out the 30 days time scale they originally asked me to wait, its now been may last year ive been asking fir either my earrings or my money back, " I wouldn't even mind if I had the products delivered in the first place to be able to start this complaint! in the first place. I am a disabled woman I cant walk or use my hands and I like pretty things to make me feel happy and all they have done is make me so sad and feel like they have stolen both my money and my pretty sets of earrings I never had delivered.
I am so sad. All I want is them to send my earrings I ordered.

I was checking my account and there is a 107.60 and I have not ordered that much at one time so I would like to know what is going on the # 5a4ee069cb98557ca054332b. 3Y9116454D1181970W please check this out that's 107.60 and i. Want to tell u that I have been ordering sometsomethings and they have been having holes in them and the insides not in them and i have not got some of the orders they never came U I am thinking about not shopping with wish anymore because the quality is not there. You are. Charging diffedifferent prices it might say 3.00 on the item and you go to buy it and it coast 10.00 why is it not the 3.00 like it said it was that is false advertisement you need to put the real price on them and some of the shipping prices are more that the items cost the item said 1.00 and the shipping is 5.00 I don't know what's going on but I am very upset about all of this.
