SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / they didn't return money, but the order was purchased 3 months ago

Three months ago we ordered sleeping bag from the company It was awful experience, because we waited 3 months and received only one email about the purchase. No dates of the delivery and no communication. I think that their customer services didn’t exist at all. Don’t believe them and don’t buy, because I still can’t get money back.

    In order to check carefully and our improvements,
    pls kindly send the CONTRACT, EMAILS with us, also CONTACT INFORMATION.
    The key point is that has just been on line in July 2015.We have never done business with anybody before in this website.So we really do not know who you are, where you are from.
    Also, we find your words are Chinglish obviously, are you Chinese?
