11:00 AM - 9:00 PM / They lied to me and lost my prescription

My doctor prescribed me glases, so I went to the website I chose glases and paid for them. Everything was ok, but the rep hasn’t informed me if the glases were sent. I called them yesterday and the rep told me that they have lost my prescription and they couldn’t reach my doctor as well. I called to my doctor after that and asked about it, but he told that his worked as usual and no one called him. They lied to me. I don’t trust them anymore.
