I ordered 3 vases and decorations stuff from the company www.vidaxl.se. I got the order, but it was horrible. These things didn’t look the same as on the website and the quality was poor. I contacted the rep and asked if it was possible to get refund and he agreed. I sent the order back, but after I didn’t get the refund and seller didn’t reply. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.
I ordered a set of terrace chairs, on May 23rd, order ID [protected], two of the chairs are already broken. I paid 400 EUR (1650 RON) and I lost the money. I am afraid to use the other two, so I needed to buy somethin else. I will contact local authorities in Romania to sue the company, it is not acceptable.

I ordered ordered fencing from vidaxl.com.au over two ago and nothing arrived, i contact them, they say it on the way and give a linknk and code to track progress, do this and link says nothing been shipped, I keep checking still nothing... not impressed
Same issue mini sofa was fake not same and they refunded only 30.00
