I used the services of the website www.vethelpdirect.com. Basically, they offered help online. But the main problem was that their agents were slow and they physically weren’t able to reply to all emails and phone calls. I waited 30 minutes while the agent would reply to my call. It was too long and for me waste of time, because my dog had some strange symptoms and was sick. Don’t waste time and got straight to vet.
