www.UspCard.com review: Poor service! 29

I have been using this card for two years and now all of a sudden it is not working.

I have emailed them and all but nothing is working.

I charged $10 at a time, there was a little over $9 left in the account since June 2007, when I went to make a call in Nov. 2007 this company's toll free number was out of service. I tried for two more days, including sending an email of which I received no response.
At this point, I contacted American Express and explained the problem, they immediately gave a credit for $10 and the problem went away. I do not know if they removed this money from this uncaring and rip-off company's account but one thing everybody should have is the American Express Card. They are customer friendly, excellent service and they listen to you, they are a no nonsense type company, they make it easy and go out of their way to accomodate you. They have a toll free number for calls to them from out of the United States and will send you a replacement card within two business days, I know this from first hand experience when I was robbed in an overseas trip.
My experience with Visa, Mastercard and Discover regarding complaints and disputes have been very sour. I hope this comment can help others.

I too lost money. I was using the usp calling card for about a year and they turned out cheats! Is there no way to get the usp card guys whipped?

Me too cheated by usp communication. Lost almost 25$. Can we take any legal action against the company?

I too was cheated by USP card company, I had 12$ in my account and had not been able to call from last 3 months, nor any response to my complaint from this company, we have to do something to inform police.

Yes they went out of business , they collect money and run away its well known trick to get money... i lost my money but i call my creditcard and file dispute against that transaction and i received my money back. So i would like to advise everybody to call your credit card co. and try to get your money back instead of waiting for re run that co.

I too last money! Initially, at least long distance call in USA were working now nothing is working. Even the website! What happened to that company? They provided good service. Lot of people were cheated.

I charged my credit card to purchase some call time. Since the toll free number wasn't working, I called the credit card Co and complained and they credited me the money back to my account. If you charged with a debit card, go to your financial institution and file a complaint and they'll be able to get the money back for you. You may have to file an affidavit.

One more to the Victim's list... I too lost a hell lot of money.. I heard this is not the first time they are doing this. They are used to it it seems.. Couldn't contact them by any means. If anybody hear about their contact numbers, please send it to me.

I had three accounts with the USPcard, and was using the calling from this company since one year. But since they changed there toll free number I cant call anywhere, I lost my money. Can anyone help me ?

I'm too being cheated, I recharged this card as I heard lot about it recarding its clearity but there seems to a impunity run by these fake companies. I lost a lot my bucks. Thats better from now on recharge your calling card with any company by small amount only as if this happen again we wont loose so much money.

USP Card ! It was good or too god when they start. Got enough customers and money and now vanished.. Known method of cheating...
