U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services [USCIS] review: Long time processing documents! 9

Now the latest request was 103 days ago. It was for work permit renewal (EAD). I submitted everything requested, though double and triple times through my lawyer and according to the Immigration rules a nd procedures, I am denied the privilege of working in this land of democracy for nothing. It is almost a year now since my applic ation has been submitted to the concerned isuing authorities at the Field Service Center, somewhere in the South-East of the United States. I am really very sory for such hateful act against an individual like myself. My greatest fear is for the next action after my adjustment of status is completed and then I am granted my Green Card. Where is justice? Where is it to appeal before things happen once again on me?
