SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / I can't return the wrong order

I purchased some stuff from the company I received completely different things, which didn’t look as on the website. I contacted the live chat agent and the rep promised to change it. The rep told me that they would send some info, which would help me to return the order. I patiently waited, but she never sent it. I sent more messages, but again no response. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
