I placed an order for Mexican pesos that should have been delivered on 22nd June by special deliver via Royal Mail. This was not received, Travel fx have told me it can take up to 30 days for Royal mail to investigate although I have had confirmation today that Royal Mail can not find the item in question. Royal Mail have told me to go back to Travel fx for a full refund or to re send the currency but my emails to travel FX are being ignored! This currency is for a once in a lifetime holiday that I have been planning for 3 years. I do not have any other money to replace this £600 and this has completely ruined the holiday. How can I go on holiday with no money? There is no contact number to allow me to speak to anyone and my emails are being ignored. I am absolutely gutted and disgusted with this company.

I ordered 28th for delivery 31st after they advertised as currency being in stock

Chased today why had no dispatch notification to be told they have no stock until 5th

This is the day i travel

I now have no currency and no money to buy replacement they say that they have refunded but this will take 7 to days days to go back on my card

My holiday is ruined i am distraught and they do not care. As soon as you complain they stop replying

I paid for the money, which I have ordered from the website www.travelfx.co.uk. I placed the order on Tuesday morning, and I thought that I would get this sum back on the next day. It was fake, because I didn’t get money on Friday. I was shocked and tried to contact the company, but they didn’t reply to my emails. As well as no response to my phone calls. I think that they have fooled me.

These people are crooks and very unprofessional! They have ruined my first holiday in 8 years by cancelling my order less than 24hours before I'm due to leave. To add to the insullt they tried to blame me for their mistakes claiming that because I was rude to staff their is nothing they can do for me. Newsflash I wasn't rude I went easy on them considering they made a huge $#*! up and left me upset and angry. They even had the cheek to tell they can't put the money back into my account and that I have to wait for cheque. Newflash a cheque isn't good enough! They have got £503.14 of my money! Do for godsake avoid this company for your mental health!
