[Resolved] / I had a bad experience with TransformerLand

I bought a transformer toy from this website as a present for my son. Before I made my order I went online and found reviews about this site and there were tons of positive ones. I ordered from this site thinking it was safe to buy from. Unfortunately my experience was bad and I did not receive my order. They gave me a tracking number which was not working and I wasn't able to track my order.
I contacted PayPal and asked for help. My only hope is PayPal, I hope they'll get my money back.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
