I'm extremely disappointed with TradeSolid support service. I called them and wanted to ask a simple question, but these guys did not have time for me. Their rep said I should email my question along with contact details and promised someone would contact me back later. Three days passed and there was no call and no email from them. I called again and they said the same thing. I demanded some assistance and their rep said that I wasn't the only one who was in need of assistance and asked me to be patient. Terrible service! As I said I had only 1 simple question and it would take no longer than 5 minutes to answer. But they don't have time for me. Congratulations TradeSolid, you just lost a client.
