Steering Wheel
I bought a replacement steering wheel for my 2016 Land Cruiser for $628. It arrived different than the photo on their site. I called to inquire; they assured me that it is the correct OEM replacement part, after proving my VIN. I had an auto body shop attempt to install the replacement steering wheel and -- surprise -- it was the wrong part! This company uses Toyota script/coloring in their advertising, sent a different part than advertised on their site, assured me it was the correct OEM part, and then refused the return. I understand that when they do accept the return they charge a 20% restocking fee - FOR THE WRONG PART! This company is a SCAM - avoid them at all costs!
Desired outcome: I would like them to accept the return - without the restocking fee as it is clearly the WRONG part, after proving the VIN for them.

I bought a sun visor for my Highlander on 2/24/23 and it cost me $219.70. I used the online tool to check if the part would fit my vehicle. But guess what? There was no option to choose the color when I placed the order. The parts description didn't mention the color either, and the diagram was just a black and white sketch. So, when I received the visor, it turned out to be tan, while my Highlander's interior is gray.
I tried to exchange it for the right color, but ToyotaPartsDeal.com refused because they don't accept returns for electronics. Can you believe it? They consider a little light over the visor mirror to be an electronic part, like a circuit board or something! I asked them to make an exception because their website didn't provide any information about the part color in the order form, description, or diagram. But they denied my request for an exception too.
Since I couldn't possibly know or choose the correct color, OriginalPartsSource should exchange this visor and stop using their electronics policy as an excuse. It's not fair to leave me with a useless $220 visor.
Illegal practice!
Ordered some parts from ToyotaPartsZone and several days after I made my order they contacted me and said that one of my item was no longer in stock. They offered me to pick something else, but I refused and asked them to cancel my entire order. They said ok and said that I'll get my money back in a few day. Never received my money back and they did not cancel anything, and weeks later received my stuff, but one item was missing. Terrible company. These people are extremely unprofessional and dishonest.
Dishonest seller and impossible to change wrong parts
My husband ordered some parts for the car from the website www.toyotapartszone.com. On the website, it was written that they change and return money, but in reality it was big lie. We got the parts and it turned out that they were wrong. My husband tried to return them, but the seller started to yell at him and told a lot of unpleasant. So, the company deceive people and lie. Better avoid them.
They sent wrong parts and refused to take them back
I bought parts for my car from the website www.toyotapartszone.com. This company is real rubbish, ‘coz they delivered wrong item and when I reached them, the rep told to provide the proof. So I made several pics and sent them to the seller, but he immediately refused to take it back and stopped to communicate with me. These people are scammers and ###, so be careful if you buy from them as well as post comments about your things with them.
These guys absolutely stink. They shipped the wrong part, made me prove it and ultimately refused to take the part back. Prices are good but you'll pay in the end - guaranteed. Don't do business with these guys.
They are horrible. I had a very bad experience with them. Their customer service is terrible and they are dishonest!
