I don't get how this casino chain can keep cheating players right in front of the gaming commission of Ontario's eyes. And the government of Canada.

I've played for 10 years straight. Finally, last month I was able to win $5,000. Of course this is the first time winning this amount after spending over $500,000 last year. The 48 hours withdrawal process went by, 3 weeks later. Still no money. They told me to contact risk management. I contact risk management. They finally get back to me and over a week. They told me that that win that I had one for the 5000 did not happen. They claim it doesn't show in their system and they don't want to pay me.
