Customer unfriendly
Ordered several ink cartridges from www.tonerclinic.ca and when I received my order everything was incorrect. I wasn't very upset that moment, because as a frequent online shopper I know that things like that sometimes happen and can easily be fixed with the help of customer support. How naive I was. When I contacted TonerClinic customer service they refused to refund me or exchange! This was the first time when support refused to provide any help. No matter how hard I've tried they said no over and over again! Avoid at all costs!

Seller doesn't reply to my complaints
We bought ink for the printer from the website www.tonerclinic.ca. I received the ink, but the label was wrong and this ink wasn’t suitable. All my emails were sent to nowhere, because the seller didn’t react to my complaints and emails. I asked to return money then, if didn’t want to change the ink. But he again ignored me. I wonder if there are people, who know how to reach this person. Please, tell me how to solve the problem.

We have no orders on our website by your name and no complaints received. All emails and phone calls answered in a timely manner.
