Man I fell for the same ###, I thought it was a credit card and they took twenty-something dollars out my account for two months and then i was pissed. I called and talked to some ### and she wouldnt put the manager on the phone but when she did I asked if he wanted to talk to my lawyer and tried to sound all mad and business like and they gave my money back. I suggest you all do the same. ### call me ill be the lawyer. lol!

I too agree. I have contacted the Attorney General and the Better Buisness Bureau, And all of you should do the same so other people are not victoms of this sad sad company that has too lie to get business. Horizon Gold should let u know in there ad what they are all about. Any company that has to hide things from there customers is'nt a company i want to do business with.

I agree . I also thought this was a credit card of the normal kind. When trying to cancel I was talked into using it and see what they have. I did and the shipping and handling or whatever they call it was unbelievable.What A scam. By the time you pay that and what they charge your card it is no discount for what they send in merchandise. Now I am trying to find out my balance so I can get them out of my life and I get my login is not correct. I am very frustrated with this company and feel the owe me money for the frustration alone.

I thought i was getting a real credit card with a 500.00 limit yes yall really fooled me too. I was hoping to get some bills caught up with this card not do more shopping. No one stated on thw website that this was a card for online shopping no one at all, i cant believe that ya'll mis lead people like that.

I was misled by this card . thinking it was a real credit card and finding out the only place that it could be used for was their company and buying their junk that I wouldn't even purchase for Goodwill. Not only that they only give me a refund of part of my money said I had had my benefits two weeks before I received my card but I couldn't access my account. I guess it's live and learn.

I applied for this card as well thinking it was a credit card. My friend said it was to good to be true. We went further and read and she said it didn't have a visa/master card logo. She said they just scam you. Its an online catalogue shopping site. I was so furious at first. Then I thought may be it isn't so bad. So I won't cancel. Its been six days and I haven't received my credit card yet. I have been trying to get on to there web sit to see what I was getting into but I can't. I pray this isn't really a scam. I paid 89.90. I am calling tomorrow to cancel this card. Thank you everyone for your advise.

I too agree that this was and still is a big scam. I pray that these people have a heart and give back the money. I may have to take legal action. Think for my two sons who are officers, a daughter who is a lawyer, and a uncle who is a judge. i just recieved my card today.i waS ALSO LEAD TO BELIEVE THAT THIS WAS A CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD INSTEAD ITS A CARD TO PURCHASE THINGS AT ONE MERCHANT, THEIRS I'M GONNA REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

I signed up for tis card thinking I could purchase on line. First they over drew my checking account to sign up for the card after I entered a sight for a lending company. My entension was to apply for the loan. When I called to ask why this happened and I really didn't think I wanted the card after having to pay 75.00 in over draft fees. They told me they were going to pay back the over draft and charge it to the card as a purchase I wouldn't have to pay back. Come to find out it was a 35.00 dallor voucher to use on there on their site. I tried to use the voucher, being that I am stuck with the card, and my card number was invalid! I cannot get through to anyone regaurding my log in info. So I am stuck with a card I can't use paying 6.00 a month for nothing, not to mention 75.00 in over draft fees!
I hope no one else makes this mistake and read the fine print on every thing you apply on line for!

I don't believe that this scam can exist.! I applied for a card i'm angry about not having a card for me not for the home shopping network. I want my $89.00 dollars back.

i got laid off and they reduced my payment to 6.00 a month and they gave me a 30 free for a month till i get back on my feet and now they have not taken any payment yet, it was to be on the 4th of March and now i cant get on the web site at all when i did my account number. why?

I thought this card was an online shopping creadit card. If it's not then i dont want it. But if it is then i need held getting to to right websites to shop.

I thought that the horizon card was a charge card to re-build credit. It charged me $75.00 four times just to get the card, and when I was having problems with them charging my account I tryed to cancell the card all together and so instead of them allowing me to cancell the card they uped my credit from $500 to $1, 000.00 and I was suppose to get a $40.00 voucher along with it and instead they charged my card $40.00. This is a rip off, there stuff is all junk!

This card is a bunch of crap. Its not at all what i thought that I was getting. If I wanted to go shopping that is what i would do. I was needing help with some bills and thought that this card would be able to help me, but wrong i was Scammed by people trying to take advantage of us people who are struggling! Thanks alot Horizon! That 70 dollars could have gone to something good.

I felt really mad when i received my horizon card, its very misleading they make it seem like its a real credit card, and when you get it its just another damn stupid online shopping card .it would have been great if the products were good, but i can get a better deal at the local goodwill for a way cheaper price.. please horizon cancel my account and refund my money...

Thats all i want!

Before I received the card I attempted to cancel and was routed to the supervisor who told me I would receive a refund of 50.00 still waiting!
