I have bought several products from www.theexuberant.com website. Before making my order I contacted their support service and they assured me that all their products were real.
When I received my order I noticed that there was some kind of difference between what I saw on their site and what I received. I took everything and went to our local Dior store and they confirmed that these products were copies. Scam alert!
First of all I want to tell that I decided to buy from TheExuberant because they were selling famous brand items and prices were cheaper than in local stores. Anyway what I received was fake.
I contacted TheExuberant and they ignored me. Their rep never replied in chat, they ignored emails. This is a real scam and I think this TheExuberant company should be investigated and closed for fraud activity! Beware!
Fake products!
I have ordered a Louis Vuitton shoes from TheExuberant website. Prices were nice and they stated that all their products were original so I decided to give it a try and that was the biggest mistake I've ever made. When I received my order I was shocked because my new shoes looked terrible and cheap. Material, style, workmanship - everything was a disaster. As a big fan of Louis Vuitton I immediately saw that it was just a cheap copy of the original product! Do not order from this site! They are selling rubbish and fake merchandise.

I've ordered some shoes from TheExuberant thinking those were authentic Louis Vuitton shoes, but I was so wrong. When I received my package I saw absolutely rubbish, ugly and fake shoes! They looked nothing like pictures! I know they were fake, because I had the same shoes already. I spent many time searching for the same pair (because I really loved them) and found them on TheExuberant website. I immediately called their customer service and they agreed to give me a replacement. Well, I never received anything and never heard back from them. Later I called them from a different number and pretended I was a new customer, but as soon as I told them who I really was they hanged up the phone. Never again I will order from this place!

Awful quality of shoes
My deal with the company www.theexuberant.com was really awful, because they sent me shoes, but the quality was awful. And these shoes looked completely different as on the website. I returned them, but the seller told me that he wouldn’t pay me back, while he hasn’t received these shoes back. After this moment the seller avoided me and I stopped to get information from this person.
Seller indicated wrong email address on the website
My experience with the company www.theexuberant.com was the worst, because I didn’t receive my order at all. But the seller provided all emails that it was sent. All my attempts to contact the seller failed, because he left wrong email. I checked on the website, but there was no contact info at all. Now, they avoid me and I still no idea how to find these people.
