The company www.the1cloud.com doesn’t have any customer services or any support team at all. When I tried to back-up my data, I emailed the support team and asked to help me. But the response was rude and the rep told me to follow the instructions, which I couldn’t find and have no idea where the team posted it. I emailed them again, but at this time the message was full of rude and swear words. It isn’t appropriate and bad for their reputation.
