It was mentioned that the website provided help and services every 24/7. But when I tried to reach them, the phone was busy. All the online chat agents were unavailable. I set them emails, but no one replied. So they are liars. The worst services and attitude towards their customers. Please share this info and warn other users.

  • Resolution statement customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the client have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where company image and it's services are concerned.

    This statement is absolutely not true as we at Tech Logic Solutions have no idea who this is that has made this statement. There is another company out there in the U.S. named Tech Logic Solution without the "s" on solutions that we believe this complaint is supposed to be directed at. This company at no "s" in solutions has been known to commit fraud and we at with the "s" have received many phone calls and online chat warnings about the company Tech Logic Solution without the "s" at again without the "s".

    We at with the "s" always respond to emails that pertain to our company and our phones are never too busy where would get a busy signal and there was no message left and there is the ability to leave messages. To date Tech Logic Solutions with the "s" has not received any such complaints.

    Persons that have contacted us at Tech Logic Solutions with the "s" have been directed to the proper company at Tech Logic Solution without the "s". Please be warned about this company at Tech Logic Solution without the "s"

    We at Tech Logic Solutions with the "s" would never treat our customers in this way. To the author of this complaint please confirm that you have the correct company and remove this complaint as it is most likely direct to the website without the plural "s" in the domain
