SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / they weren't helpful

I started to use the computer couple of weeks ago, because the previous one broke. My daughter bought me new one, and one day some strange icon appeared. I contacted the staff from the company I explained the situation and told that I didn’t have any experience. But the agent wasn’t patient and started to speak so fast and unclear to me that I asked to repeat, but he hung up. Don’t deal with these people. They need to be more polite and patient as well.
