TeakWarehouse Bad customer service

Wanted to buy something from TeakWarehouse so I called and their rep said that they were very busy and promised to call back later. No one called so I called again the next day and they said the same thing.
When I called for the third time I received an automated message telling me to leave a voice mail. I left a voice message asking them to contact me as soon as possible but that never happened. Terrible service! Tried to reach these guys and called at least 10 times with no luck getting a response.

TeakWarehouse Not a trustworthy company

I have ordered an item from TeakWarehouse and I was supposed to receive it weeks ago! I have no idea what is going on and where my order is. I contacted customer service and wanted to ask about my order, but was told to leave a voice mail. I left several voice mails and was hoping to get some information, but they never contacted me back. And every time I called I was told that they were very busy and were not available at the moment. I do not recommend this website!

TeakWarehouse Rubbish product, forget your rights under law if you deal with them

Rubbish product, splits in wood, broken parts, filler and holes in timber.
Their response to complaint, you broke it.
Under buying at distance regulations, cancelled order and asked for money back as goods were faulty. Their response, ignore the 17 emails, they never answer the phone. Taken out county court summons against them which has been returned as no longer that this address.
Please don't give them your money I have paid £700 for what is as goods as fire wood..

TeakWarehouse They didn't deliver on time or provide precise info

Awful customer services. I bought sofa and some stuff for the garden from www.teakwarehouse.co.uk. The whole order cost me about £700, and the rep informed me that the delivery would be between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Wednesday. I stayed at home and wasted the whole day, but they haven’t delivered my order. I called to the customer services and sent emails, but it was fruitless. On the next day, they sent me email, where they excused, but they haven’t provided new information about delivery. Horrible services and attitude.

TeakWarehouse They cancelled the delivery and still haven't send information about next delivery time

People, avoid business with the company www.teakwarehouse.co.uk. I ordered from them and paid full sum at once and for the delivery as well. But I waited that they would deliver the order today, but they called around 5 p.m. and cancelled the delivery. I started to ask when they would provide the order then, but these guys refused to tell and promised to send email. The worst customer services I have ever had before.

TeakWarehouse Scammers

I ordered eight chairs and table from the website www.teakwarehouse.co.uk. The seller promised to deliver it within 2 days, but later he contacted me and told that they would deliver it within 2 weeks and he gave the tracking number, but it was invalid. After that he stopped to communicate with me. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

I agree with everything said about poor delivery and failure to respond to emails and difficulty in making telephone contact.
This is a great shame because they appear to have a really good business base.
I can accept that there will be occasional difficulties with their supply side - I was informed of this but despite several unanswered emails and two successful phone calls, I am still waiting, with no idea whether or not they are going to deliver my furniture C.O.D.
I have actually re-ordered just to attempt to guarantee contact and try to arrange another delivery date.My original order was placed early May with a delivery promise of June 7th. Still no answer as of 25th June.

This must refer to the UK Teak Warehouse as I have ordered from them. You have to make a bank transfer or pay cash on delivery instead, so not real problem if you aren't happy about the bank transfer. They keep their overheads low so don't accept payment by debit or credit card. Because they are small, they also don't seem to answer emails or telephone calls as much as one would like, and delivery times can be slow for people some distance from them (like us) - but I think they are legitimate in reality!

Why does this make them fradulent? why are you the only one to say this? How come you say this when they also accept online payment as well as C.O.D and cheque on delivery.
Check the facts before you spout ### and remember you leave yourself open to legal action if what you say is wrong...the web is not somewhere you can throw stones and run away.
I can name any number of satisfied customers...and you...you cant even come up with any 'hard' evidence...lame...fail.
