I moved into new house recently and started to use the services of the company www.swalec.co.uk. The company provided heating and the first two bills were ok, but after 2 months they started to send the bills with really large sums. I was shocked and called to the customer services, but the agent only checked info and told that they would send new bill to me. He told me that it might be a mistake. They didn’t provide any explanations and send more bills, which continued to grow up. Impossible to solve the problem on my own. Please, help me.
