Billing issues
I signed and paid for the 3 day trial on SUGARDADDYFORME.COM, my credit card was billed for the membership... I have left multiple voice mails and emails and I have not received a response, and I am pissed off.
Unauthorized billing - unable to cancel 3 day trial
I decided to try the 3 day trial membership on 7th April 2010. On 9th April, I cancelled. I made 2 cancellation requests via the website and one to customer care ([protected]@sugardaddyforme.com). I didn't recieve any response or acknowledgement and I discovered on 14th April 2010 that I was billed. I tried calling and sent another email. The calls went through to an answer machine and I left a message. Still no reply to my emails or cancellation requests.
Please help! How do I get hold of these people to refund me and cancel this whole thing?

When www.sugardaddyforme.com has billed your credit card without your permission you can do something called a chargeback with your bank. Call up your bank; tell them www.sugardaddyforme.com billed you without your permission and chargeback. Your bank will contact the credit card processor that www.sugardaddyforme.com uses and they will file a complaint with the credit card processor or merchant, in order for you to receive a refund for the wrongfully billed transaction. According to visa and MasterCard, www.sugardaddyforme.com can only have about a 2% chargeback ratio. That means for every 100 people that they bill, only about 2 of them can request that they were billed wrongfully before visa and MasterCard starts to investigate transactions being processed by www.sugardaddyforme.com that are not authorized. The result is that their credit card processor will eventually terminate the ability for www.sugardaddyforme.com to process credit cards on their website. Also, notice that what appears on the billing statement is different from what www.sugardaddyforme.com really does. It's is not a web marketing website it is a website that involves dating. Dating is classified as high risk in regards to the credit card processing world. www.sugardaddyforme.com is doing something in the industry called "factoring." That is against visa and MasterCard policy. Your voice counts. Let your bank know that you want your money back and that you are doing a "chargeback". www.sugardaddyforme.com needs to stop taking advantage of people and this is one of the only ways to make that happen. Notify your bank today. When more and more people start complaining about charges that were not authorized, their credit card processor will shut off their ability to process credit cards so no one else gets scammed.

SugarDaddyForMe.com - Unable to Cancel Membership - Continue to Charge My Credit Card
Website SugarDaddy.com and SugarDaddyforMe.com both are owned by Peter Stolz, a convicted felon involved in Psychic 1-900 Fraud. Now he is obviously at it again, charging my credit card monthly even though I have requested that my membership be terminated months ago. What kind of a dating website is it that does not offer customers a way to delete his or...

These people offered me a 30 day free trial. TYheir agreement is that if you cancel before the end of the 30 day trial, they will cancel your service and will not bill your credit/debit card. They lied to me and countless others. I sent them three emails prior to the end of the 30 day trial and the still refused to cancel and refund the false charge. I even received an email from their CS (her name was 'Kat') apologizing for their mistake and offered me, (in lieu of a refund), two 'free' months. I refused and asked for the refund. That email was ignored and many more were ignored and unanswered. I finally called my bank to have sugardaddyforme and their billing company UNITED MARKETING put on my blocking list so any more charges will be refused. I've also reported them to /link removed/ the BBB, and the attorney general's offices in my state, their (assumed) state, and Florida where United Marketing is located. Don't do business with these clowns. They will steal you blind and they will not honor their own agreements.

I've contacted my bank they have no block for this app or my card, but when I try and purchase a plan says bank declined it. That's false because contacted my bank. It shows that the dollar is taken for Google to verify the account but nothing is sent to pay for prescription.
I made a page, and I cancelled. They never emailed me or returned my call. They took money that I did not have to spare. I emailed this Kassandra lady, only find out that she had been giving out two different emails online. I am so angry because I need that money being a single mother and all. I have been trying to contact them, and I can't reach anyone. I don't know what to do, or how to get my money back, or even if I can get my money back. I wish I had of read the [redacted] earlier.

You made a page... Therefore, you have to pay for services rendered. If you were a single mother, why wouldn't you take that into consideration before you parted with the money...
(Btw: what are you doing on the website: sugardaddy4me.com? If you are a poor single mother, what man would want to be sugar daddy to you and your illegitimate kids?
I'm glad to see that the word is getting out there. I wish I had seen this before I tried their 3 day free trial. Now they have billed me for the last two months even though I canceled within the three days, and have now repeatedly emailed in cancel notices, demanded refunds to my credit card, and even called a number in the US that no one ever answers or returns the call.

I agree with this post, Been a member on this site for a long time, met a great woman and now married. They billed me for 6 months. I am now in court suing them. This site is pathetic and BS. Beware this site. It is nothing more than a front for legal prostitution. Sex for money.
