My auction was cancelled
Do not waste your time and money here, this auction is a pure scam!
I was super excited when I found www.storagebattles.com and made my first bid. It was a nice place with many offers and interesting bids and I actually won something. That was the first time when I won something.
I could not wait to get to the place and see everything with my own eyes.
But two days later I received a message stating that my auction was cancelled and I was promised a full refund! I was extremely disappointed, because no one even bothered to explain what actually happened. And they also did not refund my money. This site is nothing but scam!
Garbage
Once I bought from this StorageBattles and I do regret I did that. I bought from a private seller and what I received was a pure garbage and looked nothing like I expected. I tried to resolve the matter with the seller, but he reused to refund my money and said that I received what I paid for.
Then I tried to get some help and support from StorageBattles customer service, but they really did not care and did not want to help me! They said that I need to discuss everything with the seller. The worst ever!
They cancelled the auction, which I have won
I won the auction on the website www.storagebattles.com. I have no idea why, but they informed me about the winning and charged my card, but after that they cancelled everything. But they haven’t returned my money back. I tried to contact the owner and asked to explain me what has happened. But the owner kept silence and all my efforts were useless. Don’t deal with them!

I placed bids on the website www.storagebattles.com. Once I won, the rep called me and told where the storage place was situated. I arrived and opened the small room, but it was empty. Someone took everything from this place. I tried to argue with the rep, but he told me that he had no clue and refused to return money back. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
Owner refused to sell the space and didn't return my money
I placed bids on the website www.storagebattles.com. Once I won the place, but after couple of hours I got the email from the owner. He told that he changed his mind to sell the storage space. I told that it was ok, but I wanted my money back. He promised to return it within couple of days. After that I haven’t heard or received anything from this ###. The customer services team was also useless. Not recommended website and better don’t bid there.
Dear Potential Customer:
Please consider this my rebuttal to the single negative report brought against my company by a supposed disgruntled customer. To set the record straight, StorageBattles.com is an on-line auction site which connects bidders to independent self-storage facilities which are placing defaulted storage units up for auction.
StorageBattles.com, much like a live auctioneer, simply runs the bidding process, and has no control over the goods being auctioned. Storage unit auctions are governed by individual state laws and the actual posting and delivery of the units is governed by the individual self-storage facilities.
This supposed disgruntled customer's story contradicts the policies and procedures of our company.
1.The Complainant claims that he received an email from the seller. However, sellers are not given the email address of the person who wins, so receiving an email would have been impossible.
2. The Complainant stated that he requested his money back from the seller. StorageBattles sellers do not collect any money until they meet in person at the storage facility to pay for the unit, so paying for the unit would have been impossible.
3. The Complainant never called customer service, as we track every call and have a 99% satisfaction rate with our clients.
I am sorry to say, that without any additional credible information, no other research can be done. If the supposed Complainant would like to call me directly to discuss this, they can email or call us. StorageBattles.com has successfully hosted over 60, 000 on-line auctions to the complete satisfaction of over 99% of its customers.
