SUBMIT A COMPLAINT info about order, as well as no contact info of the company

I ordered Adidas shoes from the company I paid for the order with my Visa card and the shoes cost about $250. After that I waited for the confirmation email and the receipt, but the seller didn’t provide it. Also the seller didn’t mention the contact information on the website, so it was impossible to reach him. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
