The company www.Shopswegway.com slow and unprofessional services and communication. I ordered hoverboard from them, but 10 days later I didn’t receive it. First of all, I emailed the support team, who ignored my emails. I opened the website and clicked on live chat and the agent replied that the order hasn’t been shipped yet, and he added that they have a lot of orders. He said to wait one week. But the status of the order was the same “not shipped”. I am not satisfied with their services and job.
