I had the worst experience with buying from www.seagm.com. 3 times I placed order and each time I got confirmation emails that within 24 hours I would get the order. After several hours I got the notifications that my orders were cancelled. No explanation why, no money back. The admins didn’t reply, but I have no idea what to do now. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

Yeah agree.
SEAgm don't care about customer after they got payment.
I really hope noone use this site. Its too risky

First of all, we would like apologize for any inconvenience caused. Kindly provide your order numbers so that we can check your order issues.

Secondly, we do not send confirmation email that states orders will be done in 24hours. If there's please show it to us.

Thirdly, we will always refund to our customers when orders are not delivered and customers requested it. You may want to drop us an email at helper [at] seagm.com or message us via FB Page Message so that we can understand better your issues because there's no order information and other details to verify your claim.

Hi,

Kindly note that we always refund to our customers if requested. In addition, time taken to refund depends on a few things:
1. Type of payment methods. Eg: Paypal payments can be refunded instantly, while payments like CashU or prepaid cards would need customers to provide Paypal or bank account for us to refund.
2. Time of request. Non-Paypal refund request during working days and hours from Monday-Friday 9am-4pm (+8GMT) can be processed as our finance department is still working. Refund request during the weekend will be processed on Monday.
