I have ordered laptop charger from www.Savingology.com. The company provided wrong one and I noticed it a little bit late. I emailed the seller and asked if he could replace it for correct one. The seller said that they didn’t have such adapters. I requested refund and they have returned me only half of the sum. But it was mentioned on the website that they return full sum back. The staff is dodgy and they don’t want to refund the whole sum. Beware!

Becareful this company take my credit card info and I have transactions about $1000 in my card I put the claim and I hope catch this [censor]

Same here with regards to not receiving an order and paying for 2 day delivery. No one answers the phone when you call and I am on day 7 of my order without receiving it. I am 1 state away... I would exhaust ALL other options in attaining the product you are searching for elsewhere, including trying to build it yourself. Hopefully my order will arrive at all.

Thanks for the info. I came here because I ordered an AC adapter on September 2 and I choose the 2 day USPS priority mail. Today is September 13th and I still have no received it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered 5 laptops batteries, 2 different models. I received 2 and another that belonged to a different customer. I called only to get voice mail as well as emailed. They replied that the batteries were delivered. I had to go back and forth several times explaining that I did not receive 3 batteries. Finally, I sent an email to include my supervisor and procurement dept. requesting that they take care of this immediately. I received a call from the company having to explain yet again, the issue. He stated the return label and 3 batteries would be sent. I then get an email asking for a photo of the incorrect battery...found that weird. I replied that I did not have acess to a camera for my work computer, and had sent the packing slip again. It's been 2 weeks, and yet nothing. Another email was sent and they replied "Please accept our sincerely apology apology, We have timely processed your order, and kept our promise to ship your package out same day, if you still did not receive we believe it lost." We will refund $146.97
It's been 5 days and no credit. Of course, this makes no sense when you can track a package, which I replied in my email. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE AVOIDED. I informed all of our buyers to avoid this company. If you want a good company that is reputable...USB Phone World. I have no affiliation :) but I received the 3 batteries within a few days.
