I was recently terminated for “unauthorized” charges and I’m confused because I have not been on roblox for weeks, which means that I have not made any purchases in the time period that I was gone. I contacted Roblox.support, but I am yet to have my account re-activated because I supposedly made multiple “unauthorized” charges. I’m sure this was a mistake because I have spent well over $2000 usd on roblox so I would not make “unauthorized” purchases just to get my account terminated. Roblox is so annoying.. I’ve lost 2 accounts already, one that had a dominus praefectus, which that account got terminated because someone guessed my password and did something to get me banned, it was 2014 at the time. I quit Roblox for about 3 years and came back in early January, 2017. Sometime during 2018 I bought my first big limited on that account, the Valkyrie Helm. About 4 months later I got cookie logged, which they obviously stole my Valk, I couldn’t get my Valk back because I had already used my rollback on that account. Anyways, if you would like to add me on roblox, my new username is Mythic_Banana.

they charge me 4 times for 300 Dlls . After second charge I reconfigure phone to ask for password still get 2 extra charges

How did you go with this. Ive just had the same thing happen to me with my grand daughter only its over $500 worth of purchases

I am getting tired of Roblox making several unauthorized charges against my paypal account every time I authorized a payment for robucks.

Their only action is to refund and discontinue my daughters account. I have spent at lease a couple thousand dollars for her to play roblox, they have already deleted one account I spent more than a thousand dollars on. Recently they hit me with 89.00 in unauthorized accounts. I don't know how they are doing it, but my paypal account requires the password to access, but still they have currently managed to take 89.00 in unauthorized charges.
This was done in two different occasions over the last two weeks. Most of those charges were when my daughter was not even at my home.

I keep trying to contact them, with no luck or response. Something is amiss here.
I am certain they are going to delete my daughters account which is strong-arming.
They need to give all the money back to those who they have done this to.
I have an invested interest in this game, whether it is items purchases, the robucks to purchase items in the game, which means I have a vested interest in the game on behalf of my daughter. She owns those items, fictional or not, because she/I paid for them.
What if someone sold you a car and then told you that it was not your car and they came to took it, after you paid for it.?
Items in Roblox are no different, once they are paid for, the belong to the person who purchased them.

If this is not resolved to my satisfaction, I will go on a program to bring this game down.
After reading the comments, I realized there are a lot of people in the same situation as I.

Roblox does not give viruses if downloaded from the actual roblox website so that could've for sure been a front (I am not saying it is); however roblox is still very stupid. I can bring up the stupid 'It's free!" adds as part of the problem roblox actually has, but the lies about being completely free are not a huge problem. The problem with roblox among many other websites that have many users is the moderating. You can be banned for the stupidest of things. Some shady stuff does also happen including the fact that an hour or less after I posted a comment to a game telling someone to stop criticizing players for simply being new to the game I got an error when going to the page of the game if I went to it on the account I posted the comment in. Lastly of my complaints; roblox is infested with exploiters and it is the dumbest thing I've ever seen, with it being the fact that they are "script kiddies" (a.k.a they download a script/exploit and proclaim to be the real hacker, but it is not true) . The last thing I will mention is that people think it will turn their kids into a developer but learning lua scripting (in a somewhat different than complete lua roblox variant) and taking several hours to build things (with the fact that learning to build also takes a while - really long time).

Roblox rose the prices of the minimum for face assesories from 15 to 50 which is incredibly stupid.

I opened a roblox game said free robux, it asked me for its password and account name. It didn't work. when i was playing i got kicked from the experience and got logged out of the game. i went on my alt account and saw that my avatar changed and so has my password. Username got hacked: Juicedestroyer. Please help me out

I was playing Roblox got harassed and just answering them innocently. They reported me for saying WHY. I am now banned for 3 days for saying WHY. Can you please straighten up and get your rules right as WHY is not sexual context.

One of the ROBLOX support member asked us to make a ticket with that email that the hacker changed it to even after we explained that the hacker changed the email and we couldn't access it, They give us a excuse of " We understand of concern". They didn't even attempted to try and verify it with us they just gave us a excuse
