Realtyna website
My website cost me thousands to build. It has never worked in the 2 years since! Any time I contact them it takes days for a reply and when I did get a reply they would just ask if I meant what I wrote, and then I have to wait days for another reply! The search feature, one of the most important features of a real estate website, doesn't work! and another very important feature, the contact form also never worked! They simply refuse to fix any of the problems which have made my website unusable! Please don't waste your time and money with these people!
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund for the website that has never worked!

Beware of this Real Estate Website Design company. They claim to be in the United States however if you do just a little bit of digging their are actually located in the UAE and only have a shell corporation setup through an online corporation registry website. I searched for the accommodation through the company www.realtyna.com. I wasted a lot of time and finally decided to contact the agent. When this person took the phone, he was nervous and wasn’t very polite with me. I asked several questions, but he hasn’t responded to them and continued to tell some jabber. I understood that he was useless and I wouldn’t get precise information. I thanked him and hung up. I won’t use this website again.
Realtyna is not an accommodation provider and it’s obvious you are spamming against them. Such posts, converted this website to just a trashcan.
It’s good that admins of this website step up and find some way to confirm if a competitor is just spamming against the reputation of a company. It seems this is very common here.

People, don’t use the website www.realtyna.com. The website is big scam, so better avoid them. If you try their free version, they will ask you to pay for the further services. I used free version and after 2 weeks I started to get emails about the pros of the paid version and offers concerning this version. I was happy with the free, but they were too pushy, so I have no choice. After some time, I cancelled the whole deal with them. Stay away from them.

I am Realtyna's client for over 3 years and I've never felt they are pushy or something. On the contrary, they don't have even a regular newsletter which is strange for a company with this size and reputation.
They have the best products and the best of the best support!

As you mentioned, Realtyna is one of the best service providers that I dealt with. I think this guy or gal (Sheila) is working on behalf of one of Realtyna competitors ;-) This is common these days. I informed realtyna about this. It seems they know who is he. Anyway it seems he posted this with different names again and again.
I used their free service and I was very happy. I never received any email to force me to update to any kind of paid version. when I upgraded to paid version, the additional features was worth every penny. I am very happy with the service that I received from them.

No services and agent stopped to communicate with me
I wasn’t impressed with the services of www.realtyna.com. I recently contacted the agent from the company and explained in details what I really wanted from them. The rep told me that the whole job could be done within 4 days. He told to pay deposit and promised to contact me very y soon. I waited the whole week and heard nothing from the rep...
