Ralph Lauren broken spray pump

hi, my name is Andre carter I purchased a bottle of polo cologne from ralph laruren on November 20, 2017 for my father as a birthday gift and realized the spray pump did not work 3 days later when my father tried to use it I immediately tried returning it, but was unable to do so cause the receipt has been misplaced i'm contacting you guys in hopes to get one in working condition. Ralph Lauren purse

Dear Sir, Ms

I have had a quality issue with a lauren by Ralph Lauren bag that I purchased in Lebanon from BHV. However BHV refused to repair the damaged bag, that shows a very low quality of material used as the handles are almost detached.
I am contacting you to know who I could go to with my complaint, as there is the reputation of your very known and high quality brand at stake. I know that the very respected Ralph Lauren would never accept such an incident and I am asking for your advice on further steps to take.

Ralph Lauren mercerized cotton antimicrobial custom fit socks

Friday I purchased 2 packs of men's sock.

These were purchased at the ralph lauren outlet store located in carlsbad, ca.

Each pack were $19.99.

I have purchased your men's dress socks, in the past, and my husband has enjoyed them so much. so much so I went out of my way and budget to replenish his supply. imagine my surprise when I was informed that he wore a new pair and it already had 2 (two] holes.

How can that happen? why? he went back to using his over a year old ralph lauren dress socks. none of them have any holes.

I write to you to state your quality control has issues. that you have two very very disappointed customers. I can purchase socks at wal-mart that have a better life cycle and at a much cheaper cost. so sad.

I would bring them back along with your receipt to the store of purchase for a replacement or reimbursement. It may have just been a bad set.

Ralph Lauren lost package. no update from ralph lauren

I have purchased items last August to be delivered to a shipping cart warehouse which will then ship my items to me. However, I haven’t received my items as of October 16. When I checked with UPS, they told me that they have delivered the parcel last Sept 11. Shipping Cart customer service has replied on my inquiry and told me that they received an empty parcel with tracking no 1ZA17A690342154440. Until now I haven’t received any update from Ralph Lauren. This is very frustrating

The same happens to me. RL customer service is very disappointing. I bought clothes and stuff and spent 500 dollars, however the package is lost! I called RL customer service many times and every time they told me they will issue the credit back but one month passed, I never received it! I will never buy anything from RL again! I would buy polo assosciation instead! I won't buy any RL stock either... the Customer service is surprisingly poor in this digital information economy!

Ralph Lauren polo shirts

I paid for 8 polo shirts on line at a cost of $206 Aus dollars, I received only 1 shirt, I have send 5 emails only to have them bounce back, this is very poor service from such a big brand company, I only want what I paid for, but I'm starting to believe this is a scam company I can provide what you want to prove the payment and order, if I don't get any answers from you I will take this further, my email is [protected]@yahoo.com.au My number is

Ralph Lauren Mens vest with broken zipper

This company has no warranty whatsoever. I bought a vest and after a few use zipper broke. When I called a customer service they said its not cover and no warranty. I will not buy anything from them no more. Zippers are poor quality and so customer service too. I am stuck with this lousy vest and broken zipper. I tried to speak with the manager and she said I must pay for defected zipper $50. I said its your responsibility to pay not mine. Where is your warranty ? She said good bye and hung up phone. No warranty no zipper no nothing. I lost my 200 dollars.

Ralph Lauren Very bad customer service

Long story short! I've placed an order with Ralph Lauren and they took my money. Several days later I asked for a tracking number and they gave me one. Everything seemed fine but then I've decided to track my order and was not able to do that. I contacted Ralph Lauren and asked what was wrong with the tracking number they gave me and their rep said that my order wasn't even shipped because it was out of stock. They said that I probably received a tracking number by a mistake. Asked for a refund and they said sure no problem. So here I am two months later and still no money. So people, think twice before you decide to buy something from Ralph Lauren.

Ralph Lauren Customer Service Assistance Nightmare

My Nightmare Experience with the STOMA Department of Ralph Lauren I have been an avid admirer and a regular customer of the brand Ralph Lauren for many years. This year however, I think you have hit it out of the ball park with your new collection of cardigans drawing inspiration from the Native Indians and one can say even the Maya culture of Latin and South America. Very appealing and comfortable. I myself bought a couple of the cardigans whilst I visited Stockholm earlier this Fall and even some jackets and sweatshirts whilst shopping in Berlin. Ralph Lauren in the end of November had a sale advertising 40% discount on many of your items to my surprise. Therefore I made a large order for more of the collection online and had it delivered a week later. The goods arrived and all was fine except that the size of a cardigan was wrong. I proceeded to make an exchange and sent it back with the UPS service for the item to be exchanged. Myself, working as a Global Telecommunication Marketing Manager, I know that sometimes mistake are made, hence why I decided to UPS on the 10th of December this year to ensure that they understood that I had moved country recently and now wanted the item (the cardigan) to be returned to Madrid, Spain. I also wrote this on the return form and also provided my new address. As I spoke to a customer service agent over the phone, the agent made notes and assured me that all was going to be fine. I followed this phone call up two days later, as I failed to receive an email informing me about the exchange as they had promised. I then spoke to a customer service agent in the UK who told me since I had moved country, they could only refund me as a gift voucher which I accepted. I waited a few hours and I was then on the phone with another agent and was then told that they would in fact refund me the value of the cardigan, to the original method of payment which was my credit card. Now, I had previously on several occasions told the agents that I had moved country and no longer used my old credit cards. I specifically had asked for an exchange and not a refund and I had been told that they would refund the item in the form of a gift card so I could re-ordered on the Spanish website and get it delivered to my new home address in Madrid. I have now on several occasions, in fact, made over calls over 25 times but nobody seems to help. I have called the UK offices, who gave me the go-ahead to receive a a gift card to re-order the item on the Spanish website. However every time that I speak to the customer service agents they fail to understand their own notes on their computer or they transfer me back to the UK site, which had nothing to do anymore with this order which needs to be placed on their Spanish website. (Scenario such as this has occurred. Agents assures me that they will send an email the same day, however this never happens. I have been transferred numerous times to different customer service agents who has nothing to do with me or my area of complaint. I am transferred to someone who speaks French, because according to them I speak French which I do not. I have made so many calls that they even recognised and admitted in one of the phone calls, which I have personally recorded, that it was their warehouse that made the the mistake etc. etc.) Last night finally someone placed the order and suddenly I got an email the next day that the item was out of stock. However, I called again this morning and suddenly the item was back in stock. I therefore tried to re-order the cardigan but this time their system had problems accepting my new address and asked me to place a purchase request online, which I did while I was on the phone with them. After 40 minutes on the phone, I wrote the ID number and Pin Code of my gift certificate however it said that it was empty because they had not made the original refund. This is all very strange to me as I had earlier received an email from ralphlauren.fr explaining that that the money was back in my gift certificate and the Customer Service Adviser this time, a man named Andrew, told me to call on Monday because they had not had the time to put the money back into the gift certificate. After multiple, and multiple phone calls to try to order a simple new cardigan in my size, a whole customer service department of one of the major brands in fashion, could not assist me at all. I feel that I have waisted hours of time on the phone, hours I could have been more productive in my work with meetings. While I was in my office I was able to record some of these phone calls and I am more than happy to provide these to you to illustrate the utter inefficiency that the Ralph Lauren Customer Service Department is conducting. Even, one of Andrews supervisors, told me that I was not allowed to record conversations, simply, I believe, to prevent negative exposure in social media and through customer feedback reviews. However, I did exactly as most companies do to me, I recorded our conversation for proof of unacceptable customer service. Lastly, I wish to say that I am deeply upset about this whole scenario and I will refrain from buying your brand as a result. Loosing a customer due to the above, should not occur.

Ralph Lauren their items and handbags are counterfeit

Don’t believe the company www.ralphlaurenpolo.me.uk. I have ordered from them handbag and one pair of shoes, but the items were counterfeit. I was so angry and wanted to return these items, but the seller didn’t indicate their contact information on the website. There was only icon if you want to send message, but they of course didn’t react or respond. People, be careful and don’t waste your money on the website.

Ralph Lauren Faliure to send right item and refusal to correct the problem

I ordered a Ralph Lauren sweatshirt from the www.fashionralphlauren.com company in November. The site looked good and was trading In Dollars and pounds so thought was ok. Despite item taking a Month to come it did arrive and I did get replay from the company when I contacted them by email to see where it was and the sent me tracking details etc, so at that point no cause for concern. At this stage I still wasn't aware it was a company operating from china.
However when it arrived it was the wrong item. I looked up their returns policy on line and it indicated they would rectify such mistakes at no charge to the customer so I emailed them to explain what had happened and to ask for a returns address and how to do it etc. I just wanted the right item.
They emailed back asking for photo evidence so I sent the Photo of what has arrived with tags on, plus copy of my order details and photo of item that should have arrived
They emailed back saying yes it was the wrong item but not their fault it was the delivery company who they say put the wrong item In the box so there's nothing they could do. I emailed back saying rubbish companies pack and label their own items and give to couriers for delivery they don't give delivery companies unlabelled boxes! They then emailed back saying the delivery company had sent my item to someone else and me someone else's item. I emailed back again with photo proof that I had a box with my name and address on but they stuck to their story of it being delivery companies fault but this time asked me to keep the item and pAy them an extra £44 pound and they would send me the one I had ordered and a free gift to compensate for the trouble. The £44 they say is for shipping yet the original shipping charge was only £12 which I have pointed out to them!
I have said no to this and have asked them to send me what I had actually ordered. They have emailed back today saying they can't get compensation from the delivery company because they ( the delivery company) are poor and so me and them (Ie fashion Ralph Lauren) should shoulder the cost between us and I need to be reasonable. I have also noted even though their emails still have the link www.fashionralphlauren.com on the page is down!

I have asked them for the name and address for their company director / owner so I can complain which they keep ignoring however they are still corresponding with me. I just want the right item sent to me and don't seem to be able to get it sorted. Can you please help or give me some advice at all? Even though their site is down I do have copy of their IP address etc as that came on my original order ( hence felt it was a legitimate shopping site till now)

Ralph Lauren Bad quality of merchandise

I had to change an expensive shirt that bled the color when washed. The store refused to give me a refund but gave me only a credit to buy another shirt. The second shirt also bled and now I had to exchange it for one white shirt in the hope that it will not bled but I will never buy again from Polo Ralph Lauren and recommend everybody never buy from that store. I used the Ralph Lauren store in Madison Avenue, New York City. It is shameful that Polo Ralph lauren charges more money for merchandise of poorer quality.

I purchased 4ea 0410208 Classics05 for Christmas 2014. I wash them in cold water, hang dry and the into the dryer, on low to fluff them up. Each sweater/pullover shrank in length. They now barely go past my belt-line. I purchased them from the St Louis Gallaria. I would like to exchange them. They are XXL. Please assist.

I bought a pair of 79.99 of Ralph Lauren dress pumps and they did not hold up at all. The material is coming off, and they look awful. The sole is even falling off.
