Rainbow Shops rude staff in the store

I went to Rainbow Shops and had a worst time there. People working there were rude and nasty. I admit that I did spend a lot of time there, but that's because I couldn't decided what to buy.
While I was there one of their employees came to me and asked me to live the store if I wasn't planning to buy anything. Terrible! How dare they do such a thing? I was a customer like everybody else and I came there to spent my money and they simply asked me to leave. I will never come back to that store! Does it even matter how much time I spend in the store? Horrible service!

Rainbow Shops such a money waste

I have ordered two pairs of lovely shoes from www.rainbowshops.com and received my order in a timely manner. Wore my shoes two times and one of the soles fell off! I was very disappointed with the quality.
I contracted Rainbow Shops customer care service and they said that they only accept returns with the original packaging. I said that I have already gotten rid of the boxes and they said sorry then there is nothing we could do.
There was no information about that on their website! I had no idea I was supposed to keep the boxes. Terrible! Such a money waste.

Rainbow Shops the quality and material were the worst

I ordered clothes from the company www.rainbowshops.com. I was so upset that I have ordered from them. The size and the quality of the dress and blouse were terrible. I haven’t worn them and wanted to return to the seller, but the seller told that he didn’t accept the returns and wouldn’t refund money. I was so disappointed in such services and attitude. Be careful, when you buy from these people.

Sent me the wrong item twice in a two week span. No opportunity to exchange. You have to waste your time and money to right their wrong. Discount codes aren't always the answer.

Rude rude workers and racist. I am white and my grandson is white Ang my granddaughter is biracial and we were getting whispers and my grandson heard it. Only saw black employees there also. Couldn't shop because they were staring and gossiping about us. I always spend money in here also and usually ignore them but this time they were horrible.

This store is very un organized and always has very long lines. 4 computers and only 2 lanes only always. They have plenty of staff on duty but choose to run slow lines.

My shipping tracking [protected]..I've talked to fed ex and they do not have it.i pay extra so it will get to me so my money was wasted.

I went in to the store today, after 30 plus minutes of shopping I go to check out and they told me "cards only". There was no sign at the front door and they didn't inform me as I walked in. The store closed at 6 and I lost out shopping somewhere else. The worst part was the lack of professionalism and they were extremely disrespectful and rude...

I had mad a purchase and the whole call itself was rude and unprofessional. One lady or both where home i guys tv blast ride and ghetto. I called regarding an order that is damaged, and I wanted to receive information on how my refund would be processed. Both representatives I spoke w/were extremely rude. I asked for a supervisor and I was told no supervisor was on duty and got hung up on twice. I'm extremely fearious and will like a call back from upper management asap. [protected]

I have called customer service and also the store and emailed I have been told a manager named Sharon is supposed to call me back about a sensor that was left on an item at the store. I have requested my money back and Sharon refuses to call me back
