Hi there, My name is Mayan Viljoen and I live in Gordon's Bay, South Africa. I decided to give the service this company offers a try, because I needed to make some extra cash and this is exactly what they promised would happen if I should make use of their data base of survey companies. What finally made me purchase this data base of theirs, was their elaborate refund policy where they promise to completely refund any member who is not 100% satisfied with their product, for up to 60 days after the date of purchase. Well, I was not 100% satisfied with what I received from them and therefore requested my refund. This was approximately 1 week after I purchased their data base. They sent me a link on which I supposedly had to confirm that I wanted a refund, which I immediately did. This is now just more than 2 weeks after I first made my refund request. There is absolutely no response from these people and no refund was made at all. It absolutely amazes me that companies like this one gets away with this kind of blatant breach of contract in our modern world, almost on a daily basis, if the amount of complaints I read about on the net is anything to go by. I made the purchase on my wife, Celia Viljoen's Visa credit card on the 21st of March 2009. The order no. of the purchase is W6JNDENY, and the purchase price was $67, which is a little fortune for me. I simply fail to see why a simple reveral of an electronic transaction should take longer than a couple of minutes, never mind longer than 2 weeks. Perhaps I will now never get this money back, but at least I have now lodged a complaint against this company. I can just pray that you kind folks will put a warning out on the net to warn other possible clients about this company's unethical business practices. Thank you for listening to my complaint.
