Fraud transaction
While ordering a product, on the payment page i redeemed the reward points for paying, the points got deducted from my card as shown in the statement, but the page freezed there and even after clicking links nothing was happening as shown in the pic, now even after the deduction printvenue is not issuing a refund, i even showed them that the money was deducted from my account, such fraud they are looting peoples money.
Awful quality
I had a terrible experience with PrintVenue and will never use their service again. I have ordered a big print (family picture) and about two weeks later I received it. Too bad I did not check it while the courier was here otherwise I would not accept it. It was so bad and poorly made! Printing was terrible and blurry, colors were not so bright as the original picture. I regret that I used PrintVenue service. And the worst part was that they refused to refund my money and stopped replying to my messages! Both quality and service are terrible!
Wrong order and no way to get an exchange
Received the wrong item and asked for an exchange but they ignored me and never replied. Then I went online and made a research and found out that PrintVenue is a terrible and totally unprofessional company which does not care about anything. I do regret that I did not check the reviews and feedback earlier. I hope this will stop people from ordering from this site. Item itself was not bad but not the one that I paid for and it's truly a disappointment.

Printvenue are cheaters. I had ordered two products vide order number [protected] on 30/Jan/2015. Only one product got delivered after 1 week. The other one, which is a photo magnet have not been delivered until now (3/Mar/2015). I spoke to customer care executives and their supervisors many times (at least 5 times) and even mailed them once, but every time they used to say in the next 3 business days, you will get a response from our team, or the product will be shipped in next 3 business days, but they never kept their commitment and never had a courtesy to call me up or communicate to me that they could not deliver on time. I am the one who called them up every time to know the status and by means of that wasted at least 100 bucks more. They give lame excuses such as product not available, product failed in quality check, we have shifted our warehouse, and what not. I am sharing my personal experience and I am so much frustrated and so much depressed with their behavior. They really don't deserve to be in the market. If they could not deliver a product on time with quality, and does not even have a courtesy to give proper intimation, they should shut the shop and keep mum. They are playing with customers money and their emotions. I will never have relationship with them any more. People, please don't fall in their trap.
I haven't got the order, but seller continued to provide some fake promises
I ordered personalized mug from the website www.printvenue.com. The website is real scam, ‘coz they didn’t deliver my order on time. This seller provided a lot of fake promises and excuses, and promised to deliver my order ASAP. But it was only blah-blah, and the situation has been the same. No order, the seller is jerk and the company is total crap. Be aware and better don’t buy from them. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.

No delivery of the order and seller continued to provide completely useless promises
I bought laptop bag from the website www.printvenue.com, but these scammers fooled me. They provided all necessary info, but after several weeks I got nothing from them. As well as the seller only told me to wait and be more patient, but in result I still haven’t received my order. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

Seller told to wait, but still no delivery
Don’t buy from the company www.printvenue.com. I ordered some office supplies from them, as well as I paid on time, but these jerks overcharged me and didn’t provide my order. The rep told to wait 2 weeks, but I already waited for 4 weeks. WTF? No one provides any explanation or help. The company is really bad, so please be aware and better don’t buy from them. I wonder if there are people, who face the same problems. What measures do you take in order to get something from them?
