www.powtoon.com review: They took money and lied about the refund 1

I used the website www.powtoon.com. But after one year anniversary they charged my card for double sum. I emailed the owner and told to return money back. The owner replied twice and assured me that the money would be send back within 14 days. It was a month ago and still no money back. I need to get this sum back and want to cancel the card, because they would stop to take money from me then. I didn’t rely on them anymore.
