SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / no delivery, as well as the seller ignores us

We ordered chair for kid from the company We got the confirmation email, but after that nothing. They haven’t delivered the order and when we called them, their phone was switched off. The worst services and we have no idea how to solve the problem. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice.
