refund
i ordered my daughter a pair of trainers from these people and they failed to turn up.
i e-mailed the company and they said they would contact the seller for a tracking number, i left it for a few days and heard nothing so i e-mailed them again asking when i was going to get my trainers or a refund,
i received a reply the next morning saying they would refund my money back to the card i used to pay. i am now being told i need to wait 5 to 7 day to confirm refund then a further 20 to 30 banking days to receive the refund.
i find this to be far to long to have to wait for the money they managed to take the following morning.
could someone please remove my phone number from this complaint as i have just received a call from another unhappy customer thinking it was the number for pointsandnetwork.

Total scam – got nothing and seller didn't communicate with me
Scam, scam, scam. Don’t buy from the website www.Pointsandnetwork.com. I ordered Pandora bracelet and ring from them. I was really disappointed, ‘coz the company misled me. They charged me really fast, but after that no info, no delivery and the seller kept silence. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

Rep promised to reach me, but the website didn't work now at all
I ordered 3 jerseys from the company www.Pointsandnetwork.com. I haven’t received the order, so I went to the website and asked the online chat agent about the order. He checked the info and it turned out that my order was already sent. I asked where it was, but he didn’t reply. I asked about money refund, but the rep promised to contact me ASAP and replied to all my questions. But now the website didn’t work at all. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
Customers, be aware! The website www.Pointsandnetwork.com is fake and big scam. They offered things, which they didn’t sell .You see only pics and nothing more. If you buy from them, the seller provides fault confirmation info and after that stops to communicate with you. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
I have had the same horrible experience with this company. I ordered Ed Hardy gym shoes and received a cheap pair of black converse. I contacted them and they said they would send the correct order. I have never received the correct order and after sending them 32 messages on status of the order, communication has stopped on their end completely. It sounds they are ripping people off terribly and I wish there is someway the consumer can stop them. These people should not be able to post they are a trusted site. Very disturbing. Has anyone heard of any legal way of getting any restituion?
I ordered hollister clothes from Hollistersales.co.uk when the confirmation email came in it was from Pointsandnetwork. Needless to say my order never arrived!
