i ordered my daughter a pair of trainers from these people and they failed to turn up.
i e-mailed the company and they said they would contact the seller for a tracking number, i left it for a few days and heard nothing so i e-mailed them again asking when i was going to get my trainers or a refund,
i received a reply the next morning saying they would refund my money back to the card i used to pay. i am now being told i need to wait 5 to 7 day to confirm refund then a further 20 to 30 banking days to receive the refund.
i find this to be far to long to have to wait for the money they managed to take the following morning.
