Deduction of my money
On the 25th of December 2023 your team has deduction 0.80 USD from me and I don't understand why. I have worked hard for that money to be just deducted without any explanation. Please assist me and can I have my money back with explanation. Can this please be resolved. I would also appreciate an apology from your team and assurance that something like this will never happen again. This is not what I would want to say when people ask me about points2shop.

Points2shop, why did you ban my account?
I've been with you for several years and I swear I did anything illegal.
I have earned some points filling the surveys and wanted to finally get them. And all of a sudden my profile was suspended.
I wrote to customer service, but they haven't answered yet.
I have read other reviews and I can see I am not the only one. It's frustrating...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

I had a terrible experience with Points2Shop. I'm doing lots of surveys and I am a member of many websites and must say that Points2Shop is the worst!
They blocked my account and when I contacted their customer service they said that they cancelled my account because I wasn't pretty good with surveys and that they were not satisfied with how I filled them. What? When I asked for more detailed explanation they simply said that there was nothing they could do to help me. I'm very disappointed with that kind of attitude! Maybe that's actually a good thing that they kicked me out, at least I wont be wasting my time. Avoid!

I lost money, points, order and account
Run from the website www.points2shop.com. I wasted a lot of time there and finally got enough points in order to redeem them. I used these points in order to buy some stuff from them. I placed the order in the evening, and on the next day I tried to open my account, but it was blocked. All attempts to contact the moderators failed and there were no other opportunity to return these points and money.
don't fill surveys – you will get nothing
I saw the ad that the website www.points2shop.com offered to get some free points and stuff. I needed to fill some surveys and waited for the emails from them. I filled 5 surveys and waited for the further info, but these scammers fooled me. They received what they have wanted, but in result they provided nothing. I decided to warn other users that the website is big scam and all their offers are total ###.
this site is a total scam, do not trust it
I wanted to test the site to see if it was legit, so I did a couple of surveys and got enough points for a usb memory card reader, I ordered it about 3 months ago and it still hasn't come, in conclusion, this site is a total scam, do not trust it, also I wouldn't listen to any of the people saying how great the site is, they are most likely people who work for the site.
I spend a lot of time to earn $20.00, my main task was to pass various surveys on their website and when I’ve tried to withdraw my balance my account got banned. Their reason for doing this is totally rubbish. I think they took money for those surveys and decided to get rid of me.
stay away from these crooks
I used this site for a couple days, I made about 900 points then they told me I broke a rule and blocked my access to everything on the site. I asked them why and they told me I had made multiple accounts. Which by the way is untrue. I told them this and they replied with a very rude statement, and gave me no way to prove they were wrong and fix the mistake. I asked around after that and apparently a lot of my neighbors tried this site and had the same problem. They were all banned for one thing or another as soon as they started getting enough points to get something worth their time. None of them actually got anything from the site other then a headache. I'm sure some people have slipped through and actually gotten something from this site, but I'm guessing most of their good reviews are just people working for them. Luckily I only wasted a couple days on this site, but I wish I had read the reviews sooner. Good luck.
On the 30th of November 2023 I completed a survey around 12:08 and ended it around 13:04 after completing the survey I was not credited my money nor did it appears on my survey completed profiles and I want know why and what could have happened because something like this has never happened and the survey was amounted to $0.90
