SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / Flowers delivery service

I ordered the flowers for our client. My order number is [protected].
We have payed 109.95 euro for flowers with fast delivery for 10.03.2017.

- The flowers had not been delivered
- They took extra payment for fast delivery, and lied about the date of delivery. They didn't do it on 10.03.2017, as we payed for
- They appologised me, but not the recepient for delay only after my writting them
- I asked them for 7 times (!!!) to call me on skype, so that we could discussed what to do, they ignored my problem and did not.
- I have the problem with my client (recepient) now: she did not received the flowers on 10.03.2017. And now can receive the flowers only on 13. 03.2017 till 9:30 in Cannes. She is completely dissapointed with flower delivery and I asked the company for 7 times (!!!) at list call her and make excuse and then arrange the date of delivery on 13.03.2017, 9:30 and do it as is comfortable for her and they in Pickupflowers: just say "sure we will", "i escalated" and do nothing (!!!)
It is the most awful company I ever communicated with.

I need them to call her as soon as possible, and need flowers to be delivered.
I also think they have to refund the money as it is the most awful service I ever met.

If they dont call her as soon as possible and deliver flowers on 13. 03.2017 till 9:30 we will have real problems with a client. Even refund of money will not close the problems that we receive because of company
