I used the website I paid for my bills through the website, but couple of days ago I received the phone call, where the rep told me that we haven’t paid for the bills couple of months. I explained the rep how I have paid the last months. And I provided the proof, but the problem was that they didn’t trust me. I need some advice or help, so please I really need someone’s help.
