SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / They sent me defective phone

I bought Samsung phone from the company I received the phone within 5 days, but the display was cracked. I contacted the customer services and explained the problem. But they redirected me to completely different department. But they have no idea what to do with the damaged screen. It was terrible to call them and waste time. I really advise you to stay away from this company.
