SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / I didn't get confirmation after I paid for the order

My experience wasn’t so great. I have bought some stuff from the website After I have paid for the order, the seller hasn’t sent any confirmation information. No emails, no message – nothing. I tried to contact them and sent tons of emails, but still nothing. The seller ignores me and I want to cancel the order. I think that the company is misleading people. I don’t want to lose money or time. Maybe someone can help me.
