Fiz uma compra em maio /2023, no valor de $63,71! E nunca recebi meu pedido.

Os emails informados para contato, não existem! As mensagens voltam todas.

E o mais espantoso é que esta "empresa" continua anunciado e aplicando golpes nas pessoas, sem que ninguém tome providências.

Tenho visto centenas de reclamações de pessoas em vários países. Como pode ainda poderem fazer propagandas?

I ordered a dress a year ago and have never received it. I sent numerous emails asking were it was and was assured that it was backordered and still coming. By October I'd sent 3 emails and told the same thing every time. I finally demanded a refund and was still told to wait a little longer. I said no and then when I tried contacting them again they had blocked me. TERRIBLE COMPANY!

I just did a full review previously I too have received several e-mails from May, & some of the e-mails will come back to you even though you click on their Contact to send your enquiry to them. If they are a Fraud Company then they must be shutdown today & refund all customers for their purchases which they did not receive & probably will not receive? This must end Now!

I ordered 2 dresses totaling $100.98 in Sept 2022 and never received them. The tracking number provided went to a town on the other side of my state not even close to the address I provided. I have tried to email and call the company and none of the contact information works. Emails bounce back from [protected]@oshoplive.com and phone number is disconnected yet they continue to sell things online. They are complete criminals.

I ordered two dresses and a bathing suit for just over $105 Canadian dollars. The site says it shipped not long after (Oct 10), but I never received a thing. Their e-mail address doesn't work and they refuse to reply to queries on Facebook. These people are thieves and swindlers. If you need evidence, just go to their Facebook page and see how many complaints about errors and unreceived shipments there are!

I have received the dress I ordered in October 13th please when am I going to receive my package here's the order number

I placed and paid in full for my order #[protected] on 5/21/22

I got a confirmation email from them promising shipment within 7-12 days

I sent numerous inquiries over the months only to get a notification saying my email could not be sent due to their non existent email address

I have proof of all of my attempts to reach them

DO NOT ORDER from this company they are a scam. I paid $500 australian dollars for various items and got nothing. They than said my shipment was delivered when i received nothing (2 months later). They even went to the length of giving me a fake tracking number for my shipment with Aramex. Please do not order from this scamming company. Dont loose out like I did

It is interesting that I cannot get a hold of anyone after 9 days either via email or phone number? What's the deal? I ordered 4 dresses for an event on September 3rd, 2022 and they said 5-7 days shipping. Did I just get scammed? I called the phone number listed...not in existence, email either.

If I can't contact anyone, are they out of business, yet they are still taking orders.

I purchased this yellow, size 2X dress on May 27, 202 at 6:30 pm. Weeks went by and I reached out to OShopLive by email. There were two email addresses available for the company. Both were not in service or could not be delivered to.

I sent another email to both email addresses and received a reply from a woman named “May”. She apologized for the confusion and stated the order had been delivered. I contacted each of my neighbors but no one had seen the package. A week later I reached out to May again. She advised me the company was trying to track the package. I was told to be patient as the customer service department was overwhelmed with emails. They asked that I not continue to try and communicate with em and someone would be in touch with me as soon as they received a response from the carrier.

I tried to explain I ordered the dress for a special upcoming event and I asked for a refund if the company was unable to provide my order by the end of July.

Again no reply. It is now, September 6. I do not have my the dress nor have I received a refund for my order.

I received my package last week, my order number is [protected], placed on Aug 5, 2022. I ordered the following:

Gauze Backless Condole Belt Maxi Dress, size M SKU:CY-!66598-C2145S1564

Floral Print Deep V Neck Backless Bohemia Maxi Dress, size M SKU: CY-!58328-C1383S1564

What arrived was a sweater, CY192484 and a dress, CY-!52359.

I have tried to email, using the following addresses,

[protected]@oshoplive.com and [protected]@modichic.com, and sent a detailed message via the company's Instagram account.

Emails have been returned as undeliverable.

My order was placed in August 12 on OShopLive website. My order number is [protected].

The dress that I have received today is totally not what I have paid for.

It is black, different model, different colour, different fabric. I was expecting floral summer long dress.

The email of the service bounces back.

The phone number of the company is also not responding.

I have ordered several products from them since July 2020 including shoes and swimsuits. It is now Movember 2020 and I have not received any of the items I purchased. I had requested for refund. They gave me a bogus UPS tracking number! They are a scam.

I placed an order on November 28, 2019 and have not received my order. I have emailed several times with no response along with not being able to even check on my order. There is no phone number to try and call to get a hold of anyone. When you click the link to check on your order or go to the website it no longer exists. I am very upset because its supposed to be my sons Christmas present.

I put it in order for PlayStation 4 have not received it yet have not received any information on it yet a tracking number or anything I have been sending emails and have not had any responses back at all my order number is 1343 and I placed the order on November 30th I would like to hear something back from someone about my purchase I would like to hear something back from someone about my money if they can send me my money back because this hard times right now and I cannot afford to be losing out on a hundred bucks so please contact me about my purchase order so we can resolve the situation without having to do things legally

I bought a dress for a photoshoot on October 8th, 2019. Today is ONE MONTH later and I still have not received my dress. I have 7 emails back and forth saying I would get it in 2-3 days (!), they sent me and invalid tracking number. I have asked for a refund on 10/29 as I have no need for the dress now and I still have no dress and no money. They sent me a tracking number for an item (I do not believe it was my dress) that said the item was "delivered to an individual" in Rowland Heights, California! I live in Tennessee! I'll NEVER buy anything from this ridiculous company!

I ordered and paid for 6 items, 14 days later my order was still unfulfilled. Multiple attempts were made to contact the company to no avail. Call attempts and emails have been made to resolve the issue. Now I am just seeking a refund as I never received any item and it doesn't seem like I ever will. I just want my money back and to try to make sure other people do not lose their money as well. Site is a scam, don't waste your time or money.

We ordered a dress in January and it came clearly not as described. As you can see in the picture, the dress I ordered was knit. The dress I received was not. The lady, Sandra, told us we could try to sell it to make our money back that someone else might like it. They are clearly violating American and Chinese consumer laws. It would cost me more to ship it back to China than the original purchase. I have saved all email correspondence. I just want them to own up to their mistake and refund our money.

Purchased dress and paid for expedited shipping so could have before prom. Had to call cause dress did not arrive but date promised. They said they would send immediately, but when I did get it was not at all the same dress I ordered. I called back to start refund and that was a huge hassle. They are in China and shipping to China is outrageous. It was with in a week so I ended up paying the shipping fee of $32.25, but they sent it back stating it was to late to return! It was an expensive mistake. Lessons to be learned, Oshoplive has poor quality products and NEVER purchase from an overseas company unless they have a US return address option.
