OpsGear horrible!

I've ordered some stuff from www.opsgear.com website and paid over $200 for everything. The next day I received a message stating my order was shipped. One week later I decided to contact them about my order because I was curious why was it taking so long. They said that they had a delivery problem and my order was on back order. They said told me not to worry and asked to wait a bit longer.
Another message I receive stated that my order was on its way. Nothing arrived! Later they said that my order was cancelled because some items were not in stock.
Really, dealing with these guys is nothing but headache! I asked for a refund and they said sorry we do not give refunds and asked me to be more patient.
When I contacted them for the last time they and asked when will I get my stuff they said soon. When soon? Horrible!

We (dp creations, llc — e. g. "dpcr") bought the opsgear trademark, opsgear copyrights, and the www.opsgear.com domain, and took possession of the domain late in 2017. we quickly closed the old site, but have now reopened, and are a totally different company. we are reorganizing *everything* pertaining to opsgear. for example, the old opsgear company drop shipped most of what they sold, and didn't actually stock much of anything.in contrast, we stock everything we sell, and have the fastest shipping in the industry. the downside is that we are still building our inventory, so there currently aren't as many sku's on our opsgear.com website as the former opsgear had. but we are adding more daily. also, we will soon be adding firearms to our website — that is an area where the old opsgear never went. we have a lot of experience in the firearms industry, having founded handgun haven (handgunhaven.com), which has the largest selection of *in store* handguns of anyone in utah. under dpcr, opsgear will thrive again, and there won't be the problems experienced by so many in the past. we ship on time, every time, within hours of you placing your order! we won't disappoint you — that is my personal pledge to you. nevin pratt, ceo of opsgear2

OpsGear he doesn't tell truth about the order

When I ordered from the website www.opsgear.com, I truly believed that they were professional and would help me if some problems would occur. I ordered one item, but the seller didn’t warn me that they didn’t have such items any more. I waited 4 weeks for the order, but the seller kept silence. I finally contacted him and asked to provide more information about the order. But he only diddle-daddle. Stay away from this liar.

OpsGear fraudulent business

I placed an order with opsgear. Two weeks later with no products arriving in the mail I contacted customer service to find out where my products were.
I got no reply.
Three days later I contacted them requesting a refund. They replied that they were sorry, but that if it was acceptable they will get my order to me in a week (they had evidently not shipped anything then)
Seven days later, nothing in the mail. I contact customer service again. Again, customer service apologizes and say that they will get my products to me in a further week. This only shows they had still not processed any order from me, and if they had not done so in 3.5 weeks, they were unlikely to ever do so.
I requested an order cancellation and a refund. The order was cancelled, but no refund was forthcoming.
I am now attempting to get my money back through Paypal resolution center.

It seems Opsgear's method of doing business is to simply string customers along until it is past the point where a customer can easily get a refund, then to stonewall them. Having now read a bunch of reviews for Opsgear, it is pretty clear they are a fraudulent company and that this is not simply a case of accident or sloppy business practice.

OpsGear my order was backordered and seller didn't return money back

I ordered some equipment from the company www.opsgear.com. I placed order 2 months ago, but the seller didn’t provide any info. After 2 weeks, the seller replied that my order was backordered, so I needed to wait 4 more weeks. I waited and after a month, I understood that it was scam. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

OpsGear the seller didn't provide orders and kept silence

Don’t buy from the scamming company www.opsgear.com. 5 months ago we bought some stuff from them. The seller charged us really fast, but after that he told to wait maximum 5 weeks. We waited 5 months and got completely nothing. WTF? It was impossible to reach the seller, ‘coz this jerk ignored all emails. They are liars and scammers, so be careful and better avoid them. As well as post comments about your experience with them.

yes, opsgear is a fraudulent company that plays you along long enough until it is past the time where you can easily get your money back (usually 3-4 weeks) then simply stonewalls you. they get the money. you get nothing.

I bought military clothes from www.opsgear.com. I placed the order 2 months ago, but still no delivery. The seller replied only twice and each time he promised to deliver ASAP. After that he stopped communication and contacted me recently and told that the order was sent. But it was lie and still no delivery and he again started to ignore me. I wonder if...
