Do not order tickets for events through Online City Tickets! I ordered some this week and paid an extra $23 to have them shipped Fed Ex Priority Over Night and they were shipped regular and wont get here until at least the 16th. If you call in to get a refund you can't speak with a real person. You are supposed to e-mail them and hope for a response. It's a total joke and I'm pissed...

If you enjoy getting ripped off, This ticket agent is for you. I bought 4 very expensive seats for my family to a Steve Martin/Martin Short concert only to find out at the venue that 2 of the seats were unusable (because you needed to have a wheelchair)! Unbelievable! After contacting them, they said they were not at fault. I have since stopped payment with my credit card co and I'm spreading the word on how unethical and illegal this company is.
purchased 2 tickets, Paul McCartney, side stage, section 123 (CLICKED ON SECTION 123 not typed in) $1600, received email confirmation purchase of 2 tickets section 133 (where I may add the value of tickets are $200 each, not $600), when we actually received the tickets, they were in section 104, total scam, and no they don't guarantee anything!

The website www.onlinecitytickets.com is big scam, ‘coz these jerks sold the tickets and told me that I would get them within 7 days. After a week, the rep told me to wait more and found a lot of excuses, why I still haven’t received the order. These jerks really scam people and don’t provide any guarantees. I won’t recommend anyone to deal with them, so please stay away from them and post comments about your things with these jerks.

Not recommended. I ordered three tickets from the website www.onlinecitytickets.com, but these jerks scammed me. They charged me for these tickets, but after couple of hours they again took money from me. I tried to get info from them about this charge, but these jerks haven’t replied. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.
this seller overcharged us and didn't reply to my emails and phone calls
I and my friend decided to visit the concert and bought tickets from the website www.onlinecitytickets.com. One ticket was $40, so we bought 4 tickets and the total sum must be $160 plus delivery. We placed the order and provided the card info, but these scammers charged us for $400 and told to wait for the tickets. We were shocked and tried to reach the seller, but they didn’t reply. It was impossible to contact them through the phone. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
seller adds some fake fees and you pay really large sums
I ordered 3 tickets from the company www.onlinecitytickets.com. I needed to pay $460 for them, but the seller added some additional charge and it turned out that I owed them $780. I was a little bit disappointed, but I paid. After 3 days I checked account and another sum was taken from me, but I have no idea why. Please leave comments about this company...
