I shopped on on 28th sep 2007 and bought a few mysore silk sarees but, 2 weeks passed and they didn't send the merchandise... The contact i gave in india to receive the merchandise was not available after oct 11th. I kept sending them emails to cancel the order since the recipient will be unavailable after oct 11th. But, instead of that, they send me emails saying the sarees will be shipped by oct 12th...

There was no phone number anywhere to contact them. The customer service was as good as talking to walls because they didn't care to what you wrote in the emails. They just sent computerized messages saying "regret delay , items will be shipped xxx date, please feel free to revert back with any questions" Kept changing the dates of shipment... No way to contact them apart from the email. I cant believe that I shopped without noticing they don't have any customer service and they have now charged me for all the sarees and haven't sent me the merchandise.

They didn't listen to my emails (Only mode of contact), that there will be nobody at the said address to receive merchandise, and they refuse to ship to the US address where I am ready to pick up the items shipped.

This is a total fraud site!!!

    I truely support you Gayatri on this. My case was even worst. They dint deliever the product at all. After repeated calls from UK which costed me way more than the price of the product, they agreed to what they called will ship again. Now at the same time, my relative in india was getting threat calls from the ndtv agent asking her to agree that they have already delivered and sign on the reciept. I know NDTV is good brand name but the agents they have chosen are worst and they dont know that this is the new world and you cant just threaten ppl to agree to something like this.
    I cant agree more, the call center is a WALL OF STONE, will not listen to you at all.
