We booked the cruise through the website www.ncl.com. We faced some difficulties and needed to cancel the cruise. We called to the customer services, but the company refused to return money back. They told us that it would be difficult to find other customers. But they didn’t want to lose money. The company turned to be really dishonest. And be prepared that they don’t return money back, if you have any serious problems. They don’t care about it.
