To Whom It May Concern:
I thought I had found the ideal company to build and host my website. Have I ever been made a fool of. These people have done nothing but transfer me from person to person and no one knows anything about what is going on. The CEO's could absolutely care less about the customers. There is no one you can get in touch with to do anything. This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with any company. It appears there is nothing but a bunch of kids trying to run what apparently has become a multi-million dollar operation. I've read where they are expanding into Great Britan and going to carry there lies into the European Market.
Be really careful in dealing with these people. They are wolves in sheeps clothing.
It took weeks and weeks of calling and talking to this one and that one before my sight was built then it took several more weeks to get it on line and this is talking to them every day. Each person you talk to say that they are going to get whatever you are calling about done then you can never talk to that person again. Their phone service is worse than terrible and it is a total joke when the automated service comes on the line and says that they know your time is valuable and you will not loose your place in line and they will call you back when a service representative is available. If you call their service line after hours you are connected with people in a foreign country who cannot speak or understand English. I was even hung up on several times while talking to the foreign people.
This past Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2008 I talked to a lady who said I could call her anytime and she was some sort of an executive assisitant and she would have my website updated. Then I get a note from a service tech who says he was just assigned to my account and they don't have the information. Well I had just sent it to this executive assisitant via email and she told me she received it while we were still on the phone and out of the blue they try to sell me something else. All they ever want you to do is buy something else to enhance your website that is not even operating like it should. In the beginning I was told I would have complete control over the content of my website and now I'm told it
cost a minimum of about $75.00 to make a change to copy, photo's, ect. and when I complain about this they try to sell me something else.
I've invested a good bit of money from my point of view with these people and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Yes, I was given a good price on designing and building the website but I would have been much better off paying just a little more and not having to deal with what I've begun to call Heritage Web Problems.
I have succesfully contacted what is suppose to be one of the CEO'S by the name of Mark Strong by email and he does get someone to call you but he is too big of an executive (shot) to talk to you himself. I was told by an assisitant that Mr. Strong did not talk to customers. I have been in the business world for a long time now and thankfully I've never been too good or too high up to talk to even the least of my customers regardless of what they had to say.

Know for sure that I do not recommend Heritage Web Solutions to anyone.
