SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / Bogus charges, so please help me to stop them

I have no idea how it has happened. My son played games on the website But after a week I noticed that money started to disappear from my account. I asked my son but he replied that he bought nothing. I checked it and it was true, so it turned out that these jerks somehow started to take money. I tried to contact them, but no one replied to my emails. I wonder if there are people, who face the same problems. What measures do you take in order to stop it?
